To allow us to maintain the very best quality, our food is sourced locally and prepared & cooked to order. A few dishes can be chosen as a Starter or Main Course size and are priced accordingly.


Grilled Goat’s Cheese

On a baked croute with seasonal leaves bound in herb dressing V

Wild Mushroom Pastry

Wild mushrooms and onions cooked in a Madeira sauce topped with puff pastry V (Vegan or GF option possible)

Chicken Liver Parfait

Smooth, rich home-made pate with crispbread and chutney

Main Dishes

Traditional Roast Turkey

Stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables and gravy

Vegetable Wellington

Butternut squash, Nantwich blue cheese, lentils and mushrooms with tomato coulis, new potatoes and green vegetables V (Vegan option possible)

Grilled Haddock Fillet

- On a bed of gratin potatoes with tenderstem broccoli and saffron sauce

Venison Stew

Cooked in a Port Wine sauce served with red cabbage, fondant potato and curly kale


Christmas Pudding

Coated with a rich brandy sauce V

Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel Tart

Served with Salted Caramel Ice-cream V

Home-Made bread & butter pudding

Served with creamy custard V

If you have a booking, we will hold the table for 15 minutes before re-letting it, unless you have notified us of a late arrival.
