Soup – Minestrone soup with red quinoa, wholemeal bread Vn
Smoked Salmon and Trout Roulade – Smoked trout mousse wrapped in smoked salmon with rocket salad
Wild Mushroom Bruschetta – Finished in a Madeira cream sauce V (Vegan or GF option possible)
Chicken Liver Parfait – Smooth, rich home-made pate with crispbread and chutney

Traditional Roast Turkey – Stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables and gravy

Grilled Cod Fillet – On a bed of savoy cabbage and diced potatoes with saffron sauce
Venison Stew – Cooked in a Port Wine sauce served with red cabbage, curly kale and new potatoes
